无刷直流电机无位置传感器控制系统仿真及试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 建立了无刷直流电机(BLDCM)的数学模型,设计了基于MATLAB的BLDCM无位置传感器仿真系统。运用三段位起动法实现电机的自起动,采用线反电动势过零点检测法实现电机换相。最后基于TI公司TMS320F2812搭建了试验平台,通过试验验证,设计的BLDCM无位置传感器控制系统具有快速的响应能力,同时能够很好地预测电机转子位置,为电机驱动电路准确换相提供了可靠保障。 A presentation of the math-model of the brushless DC motor and the simulation design of positionsensorless BLDCM control system based on MATLAB were given. The system could self-staring by adopting the threestep process and the rotor position was detected by testing the back-EMF signal. Build experimental hardware circuit by using the TMS320F2812 of TI Company,The experimental results showed that the system possesses rapid response ability. Meanwhile,the system could accurately estimate the rotor position signal for the control of the motor commutation to provide a reliable guarantee.
