瑞格列奈和盐酸二甲双胍联合治疗糖尿病的疗效分析

The Efficacy of the Combination Treatment of Repaglinide and Metformin for Diabetes

目的:探讨瑞格列奈和盐酸二甲双胍联合治疗糖尿病的疗效。方法:选取260例确诊为2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象并随机分为联合治疗组(瑞格列奈+盐酸二甲双胍)100例,瑞格列奈组80例和盐酸二甲双胍组80例,比较临床治疗效果。结果:联合治疗组FBG、HbA1c的水平与治疗前比较均下降明显,与瑞格列奈组和盐酸二甲双胍组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合用药治疗2型糖尿病效果明显。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of the combination treatment of Repaglinide and Metformin for diabetes.Method： 260 cases diagnosed with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into combined treatment group（Repaglinide＋Metfonnin Hydrochloride） 100 cases, 80 cases of Repaglinide group and 80 patients of Metformin Hydrochloride group, the clinical treatment results were compared.Result： The FBG, HbAlc of the combination group before and after the treatment were significantly decreased, compared with the Repaglinide group or Mefformin group, there were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The combination therapy is effective for type 2 diabetes.
