健康教育在血液透析患者血管通路保护中的临床应用分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究健康教育在血液透析患者血管通路保护中的临床应用效果。方法:选择2012年3月-2013年3月笔者所在医院收治的70例血液透析患者进行研究。随机分为试验组和对照组两组,每组各35例。对照组采用常规的护理措施对患者实施护理,试验组采用健康教育的护理模式对患者进行护理。结果:试验组患者的血管硬结发生率明显低于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(字2=19.2857,P<0.01),试验组患者的血流量恒定患者所占比例明显高于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(字2=8.9286,P<0.01)。试验组对于相关知识掌握的患者比例明显高于对照组(字2=17.9822,P<0.01),自理患者所占比例明显多于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(字2=23.3333,P<0.01)。结论:健康教育在血液透析患者血管通路保护中的临床应用效果良好,值得临床推广应用。 Objective: To study the clinical application analysis of health education in vascular access protection for hemodialysis patients.Method: 70 eases of hemodialysis patients from March 2012 to March 2013 in our hospital were studied.They were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, 35 patients in each group.Control group was given conventional measures of care for patients with nursing, experimental group was given health education model of care for nursing.Result: The vascular sclerosis of the experimental group patients was significantly lower than the control group, the two groups was statistically signilieant(x^2=19.2857, P〈0.01), the experimental group patients constant blood flow was significantly higher proportion of patients in both groups were statistically significant(x^2=8.9286, P〈0.01).For the experimental group related knowledge was signi^ieantly higher proportion of patients(x^2=17.9822, P〈0.01), the proportion of patients themselves significantly morc than the control group, the two groups were statistically significance(x^2=23.3333, P〈0.01).Condusion: The protective effect of the clinical application of health education vascular access in hemodialysis patients is good, it is worthy of clinical application.
