舒适护理在妇产科门诊应用的效果评价

Evaluation on Effect of Applying Comfort Nursing in Outpatient Service of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的：探讨在妇产科门诊中应用舒适护理的效果。方法：随机抽取笔者所在医院2011年1月-2012年1月接待的216例妇科门诊患者作为研究对象，随机分为研究组与对照组，两组均为108例，其中研究组给予舒适护理，而对照组则采用常规护理，患者出院后给予3-6个月的随访，对两组患者的护理质量评分与患者满意度进行总结分析及对比。结果：两组患者的随访率皆为100％，通过相关统计分析后可知研究组患者在护理质量评分及患者满意度均明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对于妇产科门诊患者而言，采用舒适护理，除了护理效果显著，质量优秀之外，患者的满意度也较高，值得临床推广及应用。

Objective： To observe the effect of applying comfort nursing in outpatient service of obstetrics and gynecology.Method： 216 patients with outpatient service of obstetrics and gynecology treated in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2012 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, the research group and the control group, each group for 108 cases.The research group were given comfort nursing, and the control group were given conventional nursing.And the patients were followed up for 3-6 months after discharge.The nursing quality score and the satisfaction of patients in two groups were analyzed and compared.Result： The follow-up rate of two groups was 100%.The nursing quality score and the satisfaction of patients of the research group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Applying comfort nursing for patients with outpatient service of obstetrics and gynecology not only has evident nursing effect and excellent quality, but also has higher satisfaction, which is worthy of promotion and application.
