腹股沟疝无张力网塞平片修补术的应用

Clinical Value of the Mesh and Plug Repair of Inguinal Hernias

目的：探讨网塞平片在腹股沟疝无张力修补术中的临床应用价值。方法：对笔者所在医院2005年5月-2013年1月应用网塞平片行腹股沟疝环填充式无张力修补96例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：96例中成功率100％。平均手术时间40min；平均住院时间3d；随访6个月～6年，无复发。结论：应用网塞平片进行腹股沟疝无张力修补，符合腹股沟疝的解剖特点和治疗要求，并发症少，复发率低，且手术操作简便、安全、经济，值得基层医院广泛推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical value of the mesh and plug repair of inguinal hernias.Method： 96 cases were retrospectively analyzed from May 2005 to January 2013 in our hospital.The cases were treated by mesh and plug hernia repair.Result： The success rate of total patients treated by mesh and plug hernia repair was 100%.The average operating time was 40 minutes and the mean period of hospitalization was 3 days.At follow-up of 6-72 months, there were no cases of recurrence.Conclusion： It is currently the most popular choice for a convenient hernia repair procedure with few complications and low recurrence.h is a safe, effective and simple method, which is worth popularizing and applying in primary hospital.
