摘要
目的:分析探讨腹腔镜手术与开放手术治疗肾上腺肿瘤的疗效。方法:随机抽取2009年1月-2010年1月笔者所在医院收治的76例肾上腺肿瘤患者,随机分为腹腔镜手术组和开放手术组,各38例,观察比较两组患者手术治疗的效果。结果:腹腔镜手术组手术时间为(106±31)min、术中出血量为(152.6±12.8)ml,术后住院天数为(5.6±1.6)d、术后进食时间为(22±16)h,均明显低于开放手术组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相对于开放手术组,腹腔镜手术组并发症发生率为5.26%(2/38),明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对肾上腺肿瘤患者进行手术治疗时采取后腹腔镜手术治疗,手术治疗效果更好,术后恢复情况也更好,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective：To analysis the effect of laparoscopic and open operation in treating adrenal tumors.Method：76 cases of adrenal tumor patients from Jan 2009 to Jan 2010 were randomly selected in our hospital,were randomly divided into laparoscopic operation group and open operation group,each of 38 cases,the effect of operation treatment of the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The operation time of laparoscopic operation group was （106±31）min,the amount of intraoperative bleeding was （152.6±12.8）ml,postoperative hospitalization was （5.6±1.6）d,postoperative eating time was （22±16） h,were significantly lower than open operation group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Compared with open operation group,the incidence of complications of laparoscopic operation group was 5.26%（2/38）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Taking after laparoscopic operation treatment,operation treatment on patients with adrenal tumors,operation therapy effect is better,the situation is also better postoperative recovery,has important clinical significance.
