合并糖尿病胃癌患者的围手术期处理

Perioperative Management of Patients with Gastric Cancer Combined Diabetes Mellitus

目的:探讨合并糖尿病胃癌患者的围手术期处理。方法:对2003年4月-2013年4月在笔者所在医院进行手术治疗的35例合并糖尿病胃癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:35例患者围手术期血糖控制在6.1~11.1 mmol/L,尿糖控制在(±^+)。所有患者无手术死亡,全部安全渡过围手术期。结论:合理运用胰岛素,严格控制血糖,合并糖尿病的胃癌患者能够安全渡过围手术期。

Objective： To investigate the perioperative management of patients with gastric cancer combined diabetes mellitus.Method： Clinical data of 35 cases with gastric cancer combined diabetes mellitus underwent operation were analyzed retrospectively.Result： The blood glucose levels of 35 cases were controlled in the range from 6.1 to 11.1 mmol/L, and the urine glucose was kept from （ ± ） to （＋）.There was no death after operation.All patients recovered safely.Conclusion： Patients with gastric cancer combined diabetes mellitus can experience the operation safely as long as blood glucose could be adjusted to a reasonable level by using insulin correctly.
