摘要
实验采用纹影系统、热电偶测温系统以及CCD相机对正丁醇润湿条件下石英砂床表面火蔓延特性进行研究,得到了砂床润湿度(以正丁醇体积和石英砂质量之比表示)及砂粒直径对火焰结构、火蔓延速度以及砂床中温度变化的影响规律.研究结果表明,火焰沿正丁醇润湿的砂床表面稳定蔓延;火焰高度、火蔓延速度随砂粒平均直径的增大而减小,随砂床润湿度增大而增大.火焰前方存在预热区;预热区内能够形成明显液体燃料蒸气的区域远小于预热区长度.
The characteristics of flame spread over sand bed wetted with 1-butanol were investigated experimentally by means of schlieren system, thermocouples and CCD cameras. The effects of the fuel-sand ratio and the mean di- ameter of sand particle on the flame structure, the flame spread rate and the temperature profile in sand bed were ob- tained. Experimental results show that flame spreads steadily over the sand bed wetted with l-bntanol. The flame height and the flame spread rate decrease with the increase of the mean diameter of sand particle but increase with the fuel-sand ratio. A preheated zone ahead of the flame front is found, and the distance between the flame front and the leading edge of fuel-gas mixture is much shorter than the length of the preheated zone.
