集束化干预策略在预防急诊外伤患者感染中的应用

Application of cluster intervention strategies in preventing infection in traumatic emergency patients

目的探讨集束化干预策略在预防急诊外伤患者感染中的应用,为急诊外伤患者感染的临床预防治疗提供参考依据。方法共纳入552例医院急诊的外伤患者,详细记录患者的相关病史及基本信息,采用随机数字法平均分为A组和B组,每组各276例;A组患者给予常规治疗及干预措施;B组患者在常规治疗基础上给予集束化干预策略,分析两组患者发生感染的差异。结果 B组患者发生感染17例,感染率为6.2%,A组患者发生感染41例,感染率为14.9%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用集束化干预策略可有效预防急诊外伤患者发生感染,值得临床推广应用。

OBJECTIVE To discuss the application of cluster intervention strategies in preventing infection in trau-matic emergency patients, and provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment of the infection in traumatic emergency patients. METHODS A total of 552 traumatic emergency patients were included, and the related history of disease and general information were recorded in details. The patients were divided into two groups using random number table： group A and group B, with 276 patients in both groups. The patients in group A were given conventional treatment and intervention measures; while the patients in group B were given cluster intervention strategies on the basis of conventional treatment. The differences of infection in the two groups were analyzed. RESULTS A total of 17 patients had infection in group B, and the infection rate was 6.2%, while 41 patients in group A, and the infection rate was 14.9 %, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. CONCLUSION The cluster intervention strategies can effectively prevent the infection in traumatic emer-gency patients, and are worth of clinical promotion and application.
