截瘫患者铜绿假单胞菌医院感染的分布及耐药性分析

摘要 目的探讨截瘫患者医院感染铜绿假单胞菌(PAE)的标本分布及药敏率,为指导临床合理使用抗菌药物,减少医院感染提供科学依据。方法回顾性调查医院截瘫患者2005年1月-2011年12月PAE感染的临床现状,对150株PAE的药敏试验结果进行统计分析。结果医院截瘫患者PAE主要来源于呼吸道标本,占58.7%;PAE对氨曲南、头孢曲松、头孢吡肟、头孢他啶、头孢噻肟、庆大霉素、左氧氟沙星和环丙沙星的耐药率均>50.0%,对其他抗菌药物也产生了不同的耐药性;对阿米卡星、美罗培南、亚胺培南、头孢哌酮和哌拉西林的敏感性均>50.0%。结论临床医师应根据截瘫患者细菌学检查的结果,合理应用抗菌药物,采取有效措施积极预防和控制PAE感染。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the specimen distribution and drug susceptibility rate in nosocomial infections with Pseudomonas aeruginosa (PAE) in paralytics, and to provide the scientific basis for clinical rational use of antimicrobial drugs and reducing the nosocomial infections. METHODS A retrospective investigation was conduc-ted on the clinical status of nosocomial infections with PAE in paralytics from Jan. 2005 to Dec. 2011. The drug susceptibility test results of 150 strains of PAE were analyzed statistically. RESULTS The PAE in paralytics were mostly from respiratory tract specimens (58.7 %). The drug-resistance rates of PAE to aztreonam, ceftraxone, cefepime, ceftazidime, cefotaxime, gentamicin, levofloxacin and ciprofloxacin were all above 50. 0%, and also showed different resistance to other antimicrobial drugs. The rates of susceptibility to amikacin, meropenem, imipenem, cefoperazone and piperacillin were all above 50.0%. CONCLUSION The clinician should prescribe the antimicrobial drugs rationally according to bacteriology inspection results in paralytics, and take effective measures to prevent and control the PAE infections.
