摘要
目的分析猪霍乱沙门菌感染的临床特征及鉴定要点,以指导临床医师正确诊断并合理使用抗菌药物,提高治愈率。方法对全自动血培养分析仪培养阳性、涂片镜检为革兰染色阴性标本接种血琼脂、中国蓝琼脂和SS平板,根据菌落特征用VITEK-2、API、生化反应和凝集血清进行细菌鉴定,采用K-B法检测菌株药敏情况。结果共分离到6株猪霍乱沙门菌,其中有5株在中国蓝平板不生长,该菌在血琼脂平板上形成无色半透明菌落,不产生硫化氢;沙门菌属抗血清O7、Hc阳性;猪霍乱沙门菌对头孢噻肟、头孢他啶、头孢呋辛、头孢吡肟、亚胺培南、美罗培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦敏感,对磺胺甲噁唑/甲氧苄啶、哌拉西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、环丙沙星耐药。结论猪霍乱沙门菌临床少见,快速、准确地鉴定对临床早期确诊及提高存活率至关重要。
OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical features and identification of Salmonella choleraesuis and provide guidance for the clinicians accuracy diagnosis and rational use of antimicrobial drugs, so as to improve the cure rate. METHODS The blood agar, Chinese blue agar and SS plate were inoculated in the gram-negative bacteria specimens of positive culture by full automatic blood analyzer and smear test under microscope, using VITEK-2, API and serum agglutination test to identify the bacteria. The drug susceptibility tests of the strains were performed by routine procedures of K B. RESULTS A total of 6 strains of S. choleraesuis were isolated, of which 5 strains did not grow in Chinese blue plate. The colony characteristics on blood agar were semi vitreous and uncolored colony with no producing of hydrogen sulfide. Salmonella was the antiserum O7, Hc positive. S. chol-eraesuis was sensitive to cefotaxime, ceftazidime, cefuroxime, cefepime, imipenem, meropenen and piperaeillin/ tazobactam and resistant to sulfamethoxazole/trimethoprim, piperacillin, ampicillin/ sulbactam, ciprofloxacin. CONCLUSION S. choleraesuis is rare clinically. Fast and accurate identification is of crucial importance to early diagnosis and improvement of survival rate of patients.
