摘要
为超细木粉加工过程中粉碎粒度的均匀性控制,采用PID模糊控制;设计了基于木粉目数比例的监测控制系统,对干法加工到400目的木粉比例进行控制。仿真结果表明:模糊PID控制明显缩短了稳定时间;模糊PID控制与传统PID控制相对比,超调量明显变小,系统的动态性能得到良好的改善。模糊PID控制的控制效果明显好于传统PID控制的控制效果。
We used PID fuzzy control for grinding particle size uniformity control in the superfine wood flour processing,designed monitoring and control system based on wood flour mesh ratio,and controlled the ratio of 400 mesh in the dry processing of wood flour. With the simulation results,the stability time of fuzzy PID control was significantly shortened,the overshoot fuzzy PID control was significantly smaller compared with conventional PID,and the system dynamic performance got a good improvement. PID fuzzy control is significantly better than that of conventional PID control effect.
