摘要
机场弱电信息工程建设最主要的难点是技术跨度大、服务要求高。本文从杭州萧山国际航站楼(简称"T2"Terminal Two)智能建筑实施阶段以弱电信息工程项目为管理对象,协调采购、物流、计划、施工、资金等多单位的业务关系,研究多工程及其子系统从采购、施工、进度、资金不一致造成的拖期、待料、投资失控、工程项目超成本等管理问题。通过行动方案和资源配置的计划、实施、检查、监督进行质量目标的事前预控、事中控制和事后纠编控制,从而实现预期质量目标。
The most important feature but also the main difficulty of the airport electronic information engineering construction is: application-focused, multi-tech involved and high standard. From the international terminal to weak implementation phase intelligent building project for the management of information objects, Coordination Bian purchase, logistics , planning , construction , capital and other multi-unit business relationships. Research project and its subsystems from multiple Bian purchase, construction, progress, tardiness caused by inconsistent funding, to be expected, the investment out of control, the project cost management issues over. Through action programs and allocation of resources for quality objectives prior Plan, Do, Check, Action pre-control things in control and after correcting control system to achieve the desired process quality objectives.
