摘要
目的:分离、鉴定猫爪草Ranunculus ternatus块根的化学成分。方法:采用Sephadex LH-20及硅胶等色谱技术进行分离,制备HPLC纯化,根据理化性质及NMR等波谱方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从猫爪草中分离得到了8个化合物,分别鉴定为:4-氧代-5-(O-β-D-葡萄糖基)-戊酸(1),正丁基-β-D-吡喃果糖苷(2),腺苷(3),3-[(3-羟基)-(4-β-D-葡萄糖基)-苯基]-2-丙烯酸(4),5-羟甲基糠酸(5),3,4-二羟基苯甲醛(6),邻羟基苯甲酸(7),3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸(8)。结论:化合物1~3,7,8为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Ranunculus ternatus. Method: Compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel and LH-20 columns, and purifided by PHPLC. Their physicochemical properties and spectral data were used to elucidate the structures. Result: Eight compounds were isolated and identified as 4-oxo-5- (O-/3-D-glucopyranosyl) -pentanoic acid ( 1 ) , n-butyl-/^-D-fructopyranoside (2), adenosine (3), 3- [ (3-hydroxy) - (4-/3-D-glucopyranosyl) -phenyl ] -2-propenoic acid (4), 5- hydroxymethyl furoic acid (5) , 3, 4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde (6) , salicylic acid (7) , syringic acid ( 8 ) , respectively. Conclusion: Compounds 1-3, 7 and 8 can be isolated from the genus for the first time.
