摘要
目的:探讨血清肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)联合检测对肺癌诊断的临床价值。方法:采用放射免疫法检测112例肺癌患者、38例肺良性疾病患者及36例正常人血清中CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1、NSE的表达。结果:4项肿瘤标志物在单项检测时,肺癌患者的血清表达水平均显著高于肺良性疾病患者和正常人(均P<0.01);联合检测的灵敏度(83.93%)、准确度(87.63%)均优于单项检测,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:4项标志物对肺癌的辅助诊断均有实用价值,且联合检测有助于提高肺癌诊断的灵敏度和准确度。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of the combined detection of carcinoembryonic antigen( CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125( CA125),cytokeratin 19 fragment( CYFRA21-1),neuron specific enolase( NSE) in the diagnosis of lung cancer. Methods: The serum levels of CEA,CA125,CYFRA21-1 and NSE were determined by Radioimmunoassay in 112 patients with lung cancer and 38 patients with benign pulmonary disease and 36 health adults. Results: The serum levels of four tumor markers were significantly higher in patients with lung cancer than those with benign pulmonary disease and / or health adults( all P 0. 01). The combined detection of four tumor markers demonstrated higher sensitivity( 83. 93%) and accuracy( 87. 63%) in the lung caner compared with any single tumor marker detection( all P 0. 05). Conclusion: There is certain diagnostic value of CEA、CA125、CYFRA21-1 and NSE in lung cancer,and complementarity of combined detection of the four markers,which could significantly improve sensitivity and accuracy in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
