Path Research of University Students' Research and Innovation Capacity Based on SRTP

大学生科研训练计划(SRTP)的本质是激发学生科研兴趣,满足人才个性化发展的需要。当前,SRTP实施面临机制、人力和经费方面的制约,因此应建立健全组织和保障机制,分类实施、因材施教,拓宽SRTP实施的覆盖面,加强指导教师和学生科研骨干队伍的培养,从而探索培养大学生科研创新能力的新路径。

The essence of Student Research Training Program （SRTP） is to stimulate the students＇ interests in the scientific re- search and to meet the needs of the development of talent personality. Currently, SRTP implementation is faced with numerous con- straints from the mechanism, human resource and funds. It is needed to establish and improve the organization and protection mecha- nisms, including the implementation of classification, broadening the coverage of SRTP implementation, and strengthening the training of instructors and students. In this paper, we have explored a new path to train the abilities of the college students in research and innovation.
