摘要
为了探讨阿维菌素(AVM)对美国王鸽多种器官氧化应激和生物膜标志酶的影响,试验将60只美国王鸽随机分为5组,分别在日粮中添加0,10,20,40,80 mg/kg的阿维菌素,饲喂4周后剖杀,检测血清、肝脏、肾脏、小脑和大脑组织中抗氧化酶和膜性细胞器标志酶的活力。结果表明:与对照组比较,AVM染毒可使血清和肝脏丙二醛(MDA)含量升高;血清、肝脏、肾脏和大脑谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性降低;血清、肝脏和大脑的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性降低。染毒组王鸽肝脏、肾脏、大脑、小脑组织葡萄糖-6-磷酸酶(G-6-P)、琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、三磷酸腺苷酶(ATPase)活性降低;相反,酸性磷酸酶(ACP)活性则表现出递增性变化,且均呈现明显的剂量-效应关系。说明过量摄入AVM可致王鸽多组织氧化应激并影响细胞中生物膜上的多种酶活性,造成生物膜损伤。
To investigate the effects of avermectin (AVM) on oxidative stress and biomembrane marker enzyme of various organs in American king pigeon. Sixty American king pigeons were divided into five groups, in which the control group was fed with basic diets, and the other four experimental groups were supplemented with 10,20, 40, 80 mg/kg of AVM in the diets, respectively. After 4 weeks of feeding, all king pi- geons were euthanized and the target organ samples were taken for the detections of the activities of antioxidant enzymes and marker enzymes of membrane organelle among serum, liver, kidney, cerebeUum and brain tissues. The results showed that, compared with the control group, AVM exposure could increase the malondialdehyde (MDA) contents in serum and liver, and decrease the activity of glutathione peroxidase ( GSH - Px) in serum, liver, kidney and brain, and also decrease the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in serum, liver and brain. The activities of glucose -6 -phosphatase (G- 6 -P), succinate dehydrogenase (SDH), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), adenosine triphosphatase (ATPase) were decreased in liver, kidney, brain and cerebellum tissue of the king pigeons from the experimental groups. On the contrary, the activity of acid phosphatase (ACP) showed incremental change, and also showed a significant dose -response relationship. The results indicate that excessive intake of AVM may cause oxidative stress in various tissues of pigeons and affect the activity of many kinds of enzymes an a variety of biomembranes in ceils contributing to injury the bio - membrane.
