摘要
采用H.E.染色和实时荧光定量PCR技术研究高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(HP-PRRSV)对仔猪耳廓显微结构和内皮素-1(ET-1)、内皮型一氧化氮合成酶(eNOS)mRNA表达量的影响,探讨HP-PRRSV对耳廓微循环产生的作用。结果表明,HP-PRRSV可以降低仔猪耳廓微血管管壁完整性,导致通透性增加,引起ET-1 mRNA表达量先下降后上升,eNOS mRNA表达量降低,ET-1与eNOS mRNA表达量的比值上升,从而造成耳廓微循环障碍。
To Investigate the role of Highly pathogenic Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus (HP-PRRSV) on the auricluar microcirculation in piglets, the effect of HP-PRRSV on the auricluar microstructure and the expression of endothelin- 1 (ET- 1) mRNA and Endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) mRNA was studied by using HE staining and real-time Quantitative PCR tech- nique. The results show that HP-PRRSV cause Piglet auricluar microcirculatory disturbance by reducing the integrity of microvascu- lar wall, increasing the microvascular permeability, causing the expression level of ET- 1 mRNA to first drop then increase, reducing the expression level of eNOS mRNA, and increasing the ratio of expression level of ET-1 mRNA and eNOS mRNA.
