摘要
本文对高频感应加热逆变器进行了分析研究,在此基础上,用VDMOS器件研制了输出功率为7.5KW,工作频率为120KHz高频感应加热系统。并给出了实验结果。
An analysis is made of high frequency induction heating inverter in this paper. On its basis, a high frequency induction heating system is developed with the power output of 7. 5KW and an operational frequency of 120 KHZ. The experiment results are also given.
