摘要
本试验采用煎煮法提取中药中的有效成分,通过测定夏枯草、黄柏、黄连、金银花、大黄、大青叶、穿心莲、五味子、五倍子、黄芩、虎杖、蒲公英和连翘等13种中草药对鸡大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径和最低抑菌浓度(MIC值),比较各中草药对鸡大肠杆菌的体外抑菌效果。对鸡大肠杆菌抑菌圈直径测定结果表明,连翘和黄连对鸡大肠杆菌抑菌效果最明显,抑菌圈直径分别为14.93±3.78 mm和13.51±2.69 mm,金银花、穿心莲和蒲公英对鸡大肠杆菌的抑菌圈直径分别为11.03±2.73 mm、10.47±1.85 mm和11.96±2.86 mm;对鸡大肠杆菌MIC值测定结果表明,黄连、蒲公英和连翘3种中草药对鸡大肠杆菌的M1C值为15.63 mg/mL,金银花、黄芩和穿心莲对鸡大肠杆菌的MIC值为31.25 mg/mL,大黄和大青叶的MIC值较高,分别为125mg/mL和62.5 mg/mL。
Aqueous extraction was selected in this study to investigate the antibacterial activity of brunellae cum fructu, phello- dendron amurense, coptis chinensis, flos lonicerae, pieplant, lsatis tinctoira, taraxacum mongolicum, andrographis paniculata, schisandra chinesis, rhus chinecsis, scutellaria baicalensis, polygonum cuspidatum and forsythia suspensa against E.coli isolated from chicken colibacillosis. The results of agar dilution method indicated that forsythia suspensa and coptis chinensi were most ef- fectsive against this strain with 14.93~3.78 mm and 13.51-+2.69 mm, flos lonicerae, andrographitis and dandelion were also effective in inhibiting the growth of the strain; the results of MIC indicated that coptis chinensis, dandelion and forsythia suspense showed the lowest MIC with 15.63 mg/mL, and the MICs of fins lonicerae, baical skullcap root and andrographitis were also acceptable with 31.25 mg/mL, while pieplant and dyers woad leaf showed the higher MICs with 125 mg/mL and 62.5 mg/mL, respectively.
