累卡佩斯犬的股骨头样本结构的Micro-CT分析 被引量：2

摘要 骨骼是Micro-CT最主要的应用领域之一,目前实验室中利用Micro CT显示骨小梁显微结构的差异来研究各种原因引起的骨质疏松及其严重程度分级是最为敏感、准确、及时的方法[1].除了骨质疏松,由于股骨头无菌性坏死引起骨小梁变化的Legg-Calvé-Perthes Disease （LCPD）也可以通过对骨小梁的显微结构参数分析进行定性及定量的研究.犬LCPD是由于犬股骨头的部分骨骺失去血液供应,导致受侵袭区缺血变性坏死,股骨头塌陷,进而造成髋关节不同程度的畸形并引发变性性骨关节病一种疾病[2].本试验是利用Micro-CT对LCPD犬的股骨头显微结构进行观察并根据骨参数的测量结果来分析LCPD犬股骨头的显微结构变化.
