锥盘式刀豆脱壳机性能参数实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用响应面分析法对锥盘式刀豆脱壳机进行实验研究,建立了脱壳性能指标与各实验因素之间的回归模型。回归模型的显著性检验结果表明,锥盘转速、出料口间隙对于剥净率和损伤率具有显著的影响,输送带速对剥净率和损伤率影响不显著。对剥净率和损伤率的影响程度:锥盘转速>出料口间隙>输送带速。减小出料口间隙或增加锥盘转速有利于提高刀豆的剥净率,增大出料口间隙或减小锥盘转速能够降低刀豆的损伤率。优化得到最佳脱壳作业参数条件:输送带速为66.67mm/s、出料口间隙为17.5mm和锥盘转速为6.1r/s。优化条件下的实验结果与预测值接近,剥净率为96.90%、损伤率为0.34%,验证了优化后的预测模型的正确性。为锥盘式刀豆脱壳机结构优化提供理论依据。 The response surface methodology was used to design the experiments of the conical Canavalia cracker. The relationship model was obtained to describe the individual and cumulative effect of independent variables on the shelling performance response. The results of variance analysis showed that the cone speed and delivery gap had significant impacts on the shelling efficiency and percentage damage. The feeding speed had no influence statistically. The results illustrated that the cone speed made the strongest unique contribution to the shelling efficiency and percentage damage ,followed by the delivery gap and feeding speed, respectively. It revealed that decreasing delivery gap or increasing cone speed resulted in increases in shelling efficiency up to a certain limit. The results also indicated a significant decrease in percentage damage with the increase of delivery gap or decreasing of cone speed. With optimization analysis ,it was found that the best operation conditions were at feeding speed of 66.67mm/s,delivery gap of 17.5mm and cone speed of 6.1r/s. The following test confirmed that the optimized prediction model was correct and obtained shelling efficiency of 96.90% and percentage damage of 0.34%. The research results can offer important references for the structure optimization of conical cracker for Canavalia.
