手性双三联吡啶冠醚二锌配合物的合成及其在氨基酸荧光识别中的应用 被引量:1

Synthesis of chiral bis( terpyridine)crown-dizinc complex and its application in fluorescence sensing of amino acids

摘要 以两分子手性三联吡啶与两分子聚乙二醇发生成环反应,合成得到一种结构新颖的手性双核冠醚大环分子,通过MS、1HNMR、IR等手段确认其结构。运用荧光光谱研究了该大环分子的二锌配合物对于不同的天然氨基酸的结合和荧光信号响应能力。实验结果表明:该大环分子的二锌配合物能选择性地荧光识别不同的氨基酸,其中对酸性氨基酸如L-天门冬氨酸的结合能力最强。 A new chiral binucleating macrocyclic molecular based on chiral terpyridine and crown ether has been synthesized using the direct synthetic approach, and its structure was characterized by MS ,1HNMR and Element Analysis. The fluorescence response of the dizinc complex of this macrocyclic molecular with natural amino acids was studied by fluorescence spectra. This complex was showed to be useful fluorescence receptors for amino acids, especially for the acidic amino acids,such as L-aspartic acid.
