乙酰二茂铁缩水杨酰肼的合成及其晶体结构 被引量:2

Synthesis and crystal structure of Schiff base by condensation with acetyl ferrocene and salicylic hydrazide

摘要 用乙酰二茂铁与水杨酸酰肼反应合成了一种含二茂铁基Schiff碱乙酰二茂铁缩水杨酰肼。通过熔点测定、元素分析、核磁共振氢谱等测试手段对Schiff碱化合物进行了表征,并用X-射线单晶衍射仪测得其晶体结构。该化合物属于正交晶系,空间群为Pbca,晶胞参数a=10.844 6(1),b=12.803 5(3),c=23.529(2),α=β=γ=90°,V=3 266.8(6)3,Z=8,D c=1.473 g/cm3,R1=0.038 0,wR2=0.094 2。化合物通过分子内N—H…O氢键和分子间O—H…O氢键形成了一维链状结构。 The Schiff base with ferrocene was synthesized by condensation reaction with acetyl ferrocene and salicylic hydrazide. The compound was characterized by IR, elemental analysis,and 1 HNMR spectroscopy. In addition,the molecular structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffrac- tion. The compound belongs to orthorhombic, space group Pbca with a=10.844 6(1),b=12.803 5(3),c=23.529(2),α=β=γ=90°,V=3 266.8(6)3,Z=8,Dc=1.473 g/cm^3,R1=0.038 0,wR2=0.094 2.The compound was linked by intramolecular N-H……0 and intermolecular O-H……O hydrogen bonds to form a 1D chain.
