仪器分析方法在微囊藻毒素检测中的研究进展

摘要 科学技术的迅猛发展推动了仪器分析在食品、药品、环境领域中的应用。微囊藻毒素在环境水体中的含量比较低,一般在ng/L~μg/L水平,但却对人类与环境的健康发展造成了极大的威胁。因此,对微囊藻毒素的有效控制和精确检测是一项非常重要的任务。综述了近年来科学仪器分析在微囊藻毒素检测方面的研究进展,并对未来的研究方向和研究重点进行了展望,以希望通过科学方法为保障人类健康和社会环境而服务。 The development of science and technology promotes the application of instrumental analysis in the fields of foods,medicines and environment. Although it has a very low level of MC ( about ng/L - μg/L ) , it can bring a serious threat to human health and environment sustainable development. Therefore ,the trace analytical technique and efficiently control of MC is a very significant. In this work, the technology of instrument analysis on the detection of MC is presented, and furthermore the promising research field on MC is also prospected,aiming to provide services to human health and environmental management.
