摘要
对广枣中无机元素初级形态进行分析。采用离子色谱法测定了广枣中Li、Na、K、Mg、Ca的含量,并进行了初级形态分析。初级形态结果表明5种元素在原药中的含量特征如下:K>Ca>Mg>Na>Li,广枣中K、Mg、Na、Ca、Li 5种元素的总提取率分别为77.16%、71.10%、23.31%、18.77%、0,其中K的浸留比最大,Mg次之。为进一步探讨广枣无机元素与药效之间的关系提供了参考依据。
To obtain the primary speciation analysis of inorganic elements in fructus choerospondiatis. Ion chromatography method was used for the determination and the analysis of primary speclation of Li, Na, K, Mg, Ca content in the fructus ehoerospondiatis. 5 Kinds of elements in the original in content features are as follows : K 〉 Ca 〉 Mg 〉 Na 〉 Li. The total extraction rate of Mg, Na, K, Ca, Li five elements were 77.16% ,71.10% ,23.31%, 18;77% ,0. The dip-stay ratio of K is maximum ,followed by Mg. Providing the reference data for further explore the relationship between trace elements and the effect of pharmaco dynamic choerospondiatis.
