摘要
循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法研究了伊凡思蓝修饰玻碳电极上邻苯二酚(Catechol,CC)和对苯二酚(Hydroquinone,HQ)共存体系在0.1 mol/L磷酸缓冲溶液(PBS)中的电化学行为。实验结果表明,在pH=7的PBS中,扫描速率为100 mV/s,循环伏安法扫描电位在-0.1~0.5 V时,分离效果明显。差分脉冲伏安法测定了两种物质的混合溶液,线性范围均为1×10^-6~50×10^-6mol/L,检出限分别为0.32×10^-6和0.18×10^-6mol/L。
An organic compound evans blue modified electrode has been constructed by electropolymerization onto glassy carbon electrode. The electrochemical behaviors of hydroquinone (HQ) and catechol (CC) were investigated using cyclic vohammetry (CV) and differential pulse vohammetry (DPV). The modified electrode showed excellent electrocatalyric activity and reversibility towards the oxidation of both HQ and CC in 0. 1 M phosphate buffer solution ( PBS, pH 7.0). The detection limits of 0. 32 × 10 -6 and 0. 18 × 10 -6 mol/L were obtained for HQ and CC, respectively, with the same linear range from 1.0 × 10^-6 to 50. 0 × 10^-6 mol/L. This method can be used for quantitive and simultaneous determination of hydroquinone and catechol.
