摘要
以三氟乙酸、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯、硫酸铵等为原料,通过酯化、缩合、胺化反应"一锅法"制得标题化合物。该合成方法原料价廉易得、路线简单、每步反应条件都比较温和,操作安全、简单,对设备要求低,得到的产物纯度高,该工艺环境污染轻、更适合工业化生产。
The ethyl 3-amino-4, 4, 4-trifluorocrotonate was prepared by the one-pot method of esterification, condensation, ammoniation using trifluoroacetic acid, n-butanol, ethyl acetate and ammonium sulfate as the raw materials. There are many advantages for this synthesis method such as the inexpensive raw materials, simple lines, mild reaction conditions, the operational safety, simple, high purity products, lighter environmental pollution. This synthesis method is more suitable for industrial production.
