光电容积脉搏波临床应用研究进展 被引量:12

摘要 光电容积描记术(Photoplethysmography,PPG)是一种运用光电技术在活体组织中监测血容积变化的无创监测方法。近年来PPG监测技术以及数字信号处理功能进一步发展,且操作简便,性能稳定,具有安全可靠、实时、无创伤以及适应性强等诸多优点,受到国内外学者广泛关注。它包含人体丰富的生理病理信息,从最初的对SpO2及脉率的监测,发展到从PPG中提取形态学参数对呼吸系统、循环系统以及应激反应的监测。本文就PPG的测量原理及形态特征、影响因素、最新技术进展及未来展望作简要综述。
