摘要 分布式发电(DG)在配电网中的接入比例逐年增加,对配电网的运行控制产生影响的同时,亦提出构建新型配电网规划的要求。先根据模糊多属性决策的基本原理建立模糊适应度函数,对多目标决策问题进行模糊集处理;据此再以总成本和碳排放成本最小化为目标函数,以经济安全运行的各种限制条件为约束,构建了含DG的模糊多目标配电网规划模型,并利用混沌搜索和改进蜜蜂交配优化算法进行求解;最终得到将DG作为响应负荷波动措施的配电网动态规划方案。结果表明,该模型可满足配电网投资运营者偏好性的规划需求,适应新形势下的含分布式电源的配电网规划模式。 The amount of distributed generation (DG) installed in distribution network has been increasing gradually, which has a significant impact on the distribution network operation and control, but also proposes that it need to build a new distribution network planning pattern. Firstly, based on the fuzzy multiple attribute decision-making, the fuzzy fit- ness function is established to handle the multi-objective decision making process. On this basis, the fuzzy multi-objective distribution network planning model was proposed by taking minimization of the total costs and carbon emissions cost as objective function, as well as taking various economic security restrictions as constraint. Finally, chaotic search and im- proved honey bee mating optimization algorithm are used to solve the model. The dynamic distribution network planning program is obtained by taking the DG as response measures of load fluctuations. The results show that it meets the plan- ning needs of distribution network operator's preference investment, which fits in with the distributed distribution net work planning pattern in the new situation.
