摘要
为评价含有风电、光伏发电及微型抽水蓄能发电的微网系统的效益,采用多因素分析方法,通过电力不足概率和期望缺供电量两个指数检验微网供电可靠性,采用净现值、效益费用及回收期三个度量指标评价微网系统经济性,并通过计算安装微网系统后减少的碳排放量评估微网环境效益,最终得到微网的综合效益评价结果。结果表明,微网系统拥有较高的经济和环境效益,且运用蓄电池技术可显著提高微网的可靠性。
In order to evaluate the benefits of micro-grid system containing wind power, photovoltaic generation and miniature pumped storage power, multivariate analysis is applied to study the power supply reliability of micro-grid sys tern by using the indexes of loss of load probability and expected shortage of energy. The indexes, such as net present val- ue, benefit-cost ratio and payoff period are used to evaluate the economics of micro-grid system. Finally, the carbon emis sion reduction by installing micro-grid system is adopted to evaluate the environmental benefits of micro grid and it ob- tains the evaluation results of micro-grid comprehensive benefits. The results show that micro-grid system has higher eco- nomic and environmental benefits, and the use of ba*tery technology can significantly improve the micro-grid reliability.
