两系杂交稻籽粒充实度亲子相关研究

Correlation Analysis of Grain Plumpness Between Parents and Their F_1 Hybrids in Two line Hybrid Rice

选用 8个籼型光温敏不育系作母本 ,1 0个粳型广亲和品种和 6个籼稻材料作父本 ,共配制籼粳亚种间杂交组合 40个 ,品种间杂交组合 1 9个 ,对杂种F1与双亲的籽粒充实度进行了相关分析。结果表明 :两系亚种间杂种F1籽粒充实度与其父本、母本籽粒充实度和双亲平均籽粒充实度都极显著正相关 ;两系品种间杂种F1的籽粒充实度与其父本、母本籽粒充实度及双亲平均籽粒充实度亦呈显著或极显著正相关。说明要提高两系杂交稻籽粒充实度 ,选用充实度好的亲本配组很重要。

The correlation analysis of grain plumpness between parents and their F 1 hybrids in two line hybrid rice was conducted among 40 intersubspecific hybrids (obtained by crossing 8 indica PTGMS lines with 10 japonica wide compatibility lines) and 19 intervarietal ones (obtained by crossing 7 indica PTGMS lines with 6 indica cultivars). The results showed that there existed a significant positive correlation of grain plumpness between parents and their F 1 hybrids in both intervarietal and intersubspecific hybrid rice, which suggests that to improve grain plumpness of F 1 hybrids, selecting the parents with good grain plumpness is very important in the development of two line hybrid rice. In addition, the breeding approach to improving grain plumpness of two line intersubspecific hybrid rice was also discussed.
