摘要 作为一种非药物治疗顽固性高血压新技术,经导管去肾交感神经术(renal denervation,RDN)初步已显示出其安全性和有效性。近年来不同治疗方式的RDN专用导管不断发展,基于此现对当前主要的几种经导管RDN技术进行综述。 As a novel non-pharmaceutical method for the treatment of resistant hypertension, transcatheter renal denervation (RDN) has been shown its efficacy and safety in controlling the blood pressure. Numerous new catheter systems based on the different treatment mo- dalities for RDN are under development. We reviewed some major current catheter-based RDN techniques in this article.
