摘要
电风暴是一种室性心律失常反复发作的致命性临床综合征,近期已日益常见。早期处置需识别并矫正急性心肌缺血、电解质紊乱或药物等促发因素。静注β受体阻滞剂是治疗多形性室性心动过速风暴的唯一有效方法。药物未能奏效者可行射频消融术治疗。
Electrical storm is a increasingly common and life-threatening syndrome that involves recurrent episodes of ventricular ar- rhythmias. The first treatment step is to identify and correct precipitating factors, commonly including acute myocardial ischemia, electrolyte distrubances and drugs. Intravenous beta blockade should be considered for a polymorphic ventrieular tachycardiac storm as it is the single most effective therapy. Nonpharmacologic treatment, such as radiofrequency ablation, can control electrical storm in drug-refractory patients.
