红细胞分布宽度是测量血液循环中红细胞形态可变性的一个指标,目前其主要用于对贫血的分类诊断。近期研究表明红细胞分布宽度的升高对于心血管事件的发生风险、发展及预后的预测有密切的联系。我们着重探讨红细胞分布宽度在冠心病中的临床意义。

Red blood cell distribution width is a term to exam variability of red cell morphology in blood circulation, which now is mainly used in categories diagonosis of anaemia. Recent researches show that there is an affinity between the raise of red blood cell distribu- tion width and occuring, development and prognosis of cardiac events. We focus on clinical significance of red blood cell distribution width in coronary heart disease.
