New Developments in Clinical Use of Intra-aortic Balloon Counterpulsation

摘要 主动脉内球囊反搏是心脏机械辅助装置之一。从首次应用至目前已40余年,已成为一项成熟的临床技术,但对于主动脉内球囊反搏临床应用的争议却逐渐增多。现对其在急性心肌梗死合并心源性休克、高危患者行经皮冠状动脉介入治疗和新的适应证等新进展做一综述。 Intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation is one of the means of mechanical assistant circulation. There was more than 40 years from the first application to now, which has become a mature clinical technology, but the disputes of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation in- creased gradually. This article describes the new advances in clinical use of intra-aortic balloon counterpulsation for cardiogenic shock with a- cute myocardial infarction, high risk patients and new indications.
