和肽素是精氨酸加压素前体的C末端部分,它随循环中精氨酸加压素的变化而变化,稳定性好、检测方便。近年来研究发现,和肽素在心血管疾病的诊断及预后判断等方面具有重要临床应用价值,联合检测和肽素与其他标志物时可进一步提高对急性心肌梗死和心力衰竭的诊断和预后判断的准确性。本文简要介绍近年来和肽素在心血管疾病诊断中的研究进展。

Copeptin is the C-terminal part of precursor of arginine vasopressin. It changes consistently with arginine vasopressin in circulation. It＇ s a stable peptide and conveniently to be dectected. Recent research suggests that copeptin has important clinical significance in the diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases, especially when it combined with other biomarkes. This article reviews the recent stud- ies of copeptin in the diagnosis and prognosis of cardiovascular diseases.
