摘要
根据木竹产业技术创新战略联盟的实例,构建林业产业技术创新战略联盟的系统动力学模型并推演分析政府以及学研方在林业产业技术创新战略联盟中的作用。研究结果表明:政府在联盟初期的资助对联盟的发展最有利,且政府的资助效果依赖于学研方的成果质量。
The system dynamic model of forestry industrial technological innovation strategic alliance is established based on the case of Chinese wood and bamboo industrial strategic alliance. Through the model, the roles of government, universities and research institutions in forestry industrial technological innovation strategic alliance are derived empirically and ana-lyzed. The result shows that the funding of the government in the early stage of alliance is the most beneficial to the devel-opment of the alliance, and the effect of the governmental funding depends on the findings quality of the universities and re-search institutions.
