摘要 利用山西省与我国发达地区高新技术产业2001—2010年的数据,结合主成分分析和DEA-Malmquist生产率指数法,比较各地区高新技术产业的动态效率。结果显示:山西省高新技术产业生产效率与发达地区相比存在较大差距;2001—2005年,技术进步是促进山西省高新技术产业生产率增长的主导力量,2006—2010年,规模效率则成为主要动力;10年来,山西省高新技术产业纯技术效率变动指数一直保持不变,制约山西省高新技术产业生产率增长的主要原因是规模效率变动指数与技术变动指数的反向变化。 This paper used the panel data (2001-2010) about high - tech industries of Shanxi and developed provinces to compare the dynamic efficiency of each region based on principal components analysis and DEA - Malmquist. The results showed that there was a big gap between Shanxi and developed areas ; from 2001 to 2005, technological progress played a leading role in promoting the productivity growth of Shanxi high - tech industries; from 2006 to 2010, scale efficiency be-came the main driver; over the last 10 years, the pech of Shanxi high-teeh industries has remained unchanged, however, the reversal in seeh and teehch constrained the productivity growth of high - teeh industry in Shanxi province.
