摘要 科技成果转化对地区乃至国家的经济发展具有战略性意义。在构建科技成果转化评价指标体系的基础上,采用因子分析和聚类分析方法对我国31个省市区的科技成果转化现状进行分析和评价,结果表明:我国的科技成果转化呈现出与区域经济发展水平一致的不平衡性,北京、上海、天津等经济发达地区科技成果转化能力较强,被归为前三类,中西部地区科技成果转化效果普遍不理想。依据分析,从国家层面和各地区层面提出相应的解决对策,旨在为推进科技成果转化提供决策参考。 The Transformation of Scientific and Technological Achievement (TSTA) has strategic meaning to regions even nations' economic development. Based on an evaluation index system of science and technology achievement transforma-tion, this paper uses the method of factor analysis and cluster analysis to analyze and evaluate the TSTA status of 31 prov-inces in our country. The results show that TSTA is imbalanced in China, which is similar to the level of regional economic development. The economic developed regions such as Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin have a better TSTA ability and are clas- sified as the first three class, but TSTA is not efficient in central and western regions. According to the analysis, corre-sponding national and regional solution countermeasures are proposed to provide decision- making reference for advancing the TSTA.
