摘要
在前期定量分析的基础上,选择市场化治理机制、市场化生产经营情况两项指标分析私营及外商投资科技服务企业市场化情况;对于非私营的科技服务机构,则以资产管理体制的市场适应性、产权多元化、经营行为市场化和市场退出机制等指标进行定性分析。研究结果表明广东省科技服务业市场化程度较高,接近转轨后期市场经济阶段。
Based on the previous quantitative analysis, by means of production operation and management system of mar- ketization, we analyze the private enterprise and foreign investigations. Focusing on the adoptability to marketization of as-sets management mechanism, multiplication of capitals, operation behavior and exit system, we conduct a similar analysis on non - private organizations. We conclude that marketization of science and technology service industry in Guangdong province has reached an advanced level, which is close to the latter phrase of reform of planned economy.
