科技企业加速器管理机制的实证研究

Empirical Study on Management Mechanism of the Scientific and Technological Enterprise Accelerator

分析并建立科技企业加速器管理机制的理论模型,构建加速器管理机制的理论框架;在此基础上提出加速器管理机制的理论假设,并基于常州科教城实地调查的问卷数据,用结构方程(SEM)对加速器管理机制的理论假设进行实证分析。实证研究的结果验证了理论假设的正确性,确定了加速器管理机制的结构以及各个因素之间的量化关系。此研究结果对促进科技企业加速器的健康发展具有理论与实际的指导意义。

This paper analyses and establishes a theoretical model of management mechanism of the scientific and techno-logical enterprise accelerator, constructing the theoretical framework of the accelerator management mechanism. Based on them, it puts forward a theory assumption of accelerator management mechanism, and analyses the theoretical assumptions of accelerator management mechanism empirically, though questionnaire of scientific and technological enterprise accelera- tor of Changzhou and structural equation model. The empirical results not only verifies the correctness of the theoretical as-sumptions, but also determines the quantitative relationship between the structure of management mechanism and the vari-us factors. This research result has theoretical and practical guiding significance to promote the healthy development of the scientific and technological enterprise accelerator.
