基于粒子群神经网络的高技术企业技术项目选择研究

摘要 在对国内外相关文献梳理的基础上,将调查访问法和项目结构分解法结合起来,分别从企业内部现有的条件和资源禀赋以及整个行业与产业的外部环境找到影响高新技术企业选择技术项目的因素,构建高技术企业技术项目评估指标体系,采用粒子群神经网络的优化算法对高技术企业技术项目进行评估,并通过实例验证和比较各种算法。研究得出结论:此算法的收敛速度快、精确度高、泛化能力强,具有实用性和优越性。 This paper, after the analysis of related literature at home and abroad, combines survey with project structure u-sing decomposition method. And then, from the existing conditions within the enterprise and resources as well as external environment for trade and industry as a whole, it has found the factors that influence the selection of project of high -tech enterprises, and built a high - tech project evaluation index system of enterprise technology. The paper assesses effectively the technical projects of high - tech enterprises with methods of the particle swarm optimization neural network, comparison and validation of various algorithms by instance. The conclusion illustrates high convergence speed, high accuracy, strong generalization ability and the relevance and advantage of this algorithm.
