Study on the Knowledge Integration of University Based on the Core Competence

根据企业核心竞争力的相关理论引申出高校核心能力的定义。在此基础上,对影响高校核心竞争力提升的关键因素进行识别,结合现有知识整合理论构建高校核心能力提升过程的知识整合理论框架,对整合特征和不同阶段进行阐述,同时对各阶段实现的技术途径进行讨论。

According to the study of the core competence of the enterprise, the definition of the core competence of the uni-versity was proposed. On the basis of that, the primary factors of enhancing core competence of the university were identi-fied; the frame based on knowledge integration mechanism was set up and the features and phases were clarified. Finally, the realization of technology approach was discussed.
