Research on the Transaction Cost Controlling Law of Venture Capital—From the Perspective of Division Mechanism and Symbiosis Theory

综合运用共生理论、交易成本和分工动力理论模型,研究风险投资控制交易成本、促进风险投资提高收益的规律。研究发现风险投资高风险高收益规律一方面依赖于复杂分工体系形成的专业化分工链条,另一方面得益于分工机制对各分工环节巨大交易成本的有效控制;同时,共生关系的存在有利于形成稳定、高效的分工机制,相应提高了风险投资的分工效率,从而促进风险投资的快速发展。

The high income rules of venture capital from the division mechanism and the control path of transaction costs were studied by the models of transaction costs and the dynamics of labor division including symbiosis theory. The law of the venture capital＇ s high - risk and high - yield resulted in the professional division of labor chain made of complex divi-sion links, and depended on the mechanism controlling the transaction costs of the division of links effectively.
