摘要
IT基础设施、IT人力资源、IT文化和制度是企业从IT投资中获得绩效的来源。构建三者之间作用关系的理论结构模型,以若干家企业为调研对象,利用结构方程模型和多元回归分析方法进行实证研究,得到如下结论:IT基础设施对IT人力资源、IT文化和制度有显著的正向影响,IT文化和制度对IT人力资源有显著的正向影响,IT基础设施是IT文化和制度与IT人力资源的中介变量。研究结论不但揭示了IT资源之间的内部作用关系,而且为企业IT投资实践活动提供可以参考的建议。
IT infrastructure, IT human being, IT culture and rule are the key resources to obtain performance from IT in- put. The theoretical model is built and tested with structural equation model and multi - regressive model based on some firms. The results: IT infrastructure has a positive impact on IT human being, IT culture and rule; IT culture and rule have a positive impact on IT human being; IT infrastructure is a mediating variance between IT human being and IT culture and rule. The research proves the relation of the three IT resources and provides the advice for IT input activities.
