近年来,河南省在新媒体、动漫创意等新兴文化产业发展方面虽然取得了很大的成绩,但也存在思想认识不到位、人才结构不合理、资金扶持不及时、产业链条不完整等问题。要加快河南省新兴文化产业的发展,就必须依托科技创新抢占发展高地,突破资金瓶颈,注重扶特扶优,实施人才战略提供智力支持,坚持走引进合作之路。

In recent years, Henan Province has made great achievements in emerging cultural industry, such as, new media, animation creativity. But it still has a lot of problems, inadequate common understanding, irrational personnel structure, no timely financial support, and incomplete industry chain. In order to speed up the development of Henan emer-ging cultural industry, it must rely on the innovation of science and technology to seize the development of highland, break through the capital bottleneck, lay stress on the special and excellent industry, implement the strategy of talent to offer in-telligence support, and adhere to the path of cooperation.
