Systematical Investigations and Understanding of Problems of Domestic Periodicals Classification Based on Academic Evaluations

系统地考察、分析和归纳期刊分级问题及国内现有的主要研究成果,从理论和实践的结合上全面认识、理清思路,既可以为今后的研究或当前主要期刊分级研究成果进一步完善提供可借鉴的实证材料,也为政策制定部门今后的政策制定及构建更全面、合理的我国期刊分级体系提供更多的参考依据,对学术评价和科研管理起一定的实际指导作用。

Systematically investigating, analyzing and summarizing problems of periodicals classification and current main domestic research achievements, as well as comprehensive understanding and clarifying ideas on the combination of theory and practice, can not only provide hereafter research or improvement of current main research achievements of periodicals classification with empirical materials for learning, but also offer more references for policy - making departments to make policy and build a more comprehensive and rational journal classification system in China, playing a guiding role in the aca-demic evaluation and research management.
