摘要 通过对影响烟支通风率的控制参数进行单因素试验,结合3因素3水平曲面响应分析法,研究了各工艺参数对烟支通风率的影响.结果表明,烟支质量、接装纸的动摩擦系数、接装纸的无胶区面积对烟支通风率影响显著.在生产通风率为48.0%的卷烟时,烟支质量为0.88 g,接装纸的动摩擦系数为0.36,接装纸的无胶区面积为165 mm2,此时,烟支通风率控制最优.试验建立的回归方程模型有效且显著,可用于指导机台操作人员进行通风率稳定性的控制. By the single factor test on the controlling parameter which influences the ventilation rate of cigarette,combined with the response surface methodology with three factors at three levels,the influence of process parameters on the ventilation rate of cigarette was studied. The results showed that the cigarette weight and the coefficient of kinematic friction of tipping paper,as well as the no-glue area of tipping paper,had significant influence on the ventilation rate of cigarette. When process parameters as follows: ventilation rate 48. 0%,cigarette weight 0. 88 g,coefficient of kinematic friction of tipping paper 0. 36 and noglue area of tipping paper 165 mm2,the optimal control effect was obtained. The regression equation model that established in test was effective and significant,it could guide control the stability of the ventilation rate.
