价值创新战略导向下的执行力研究——基于过程管理视角的实证调查 被引量:2

A Study of Execution Oriented by Value Innovation Strategy:Based on Empirical Investigations from the Perspective of Process Management

摘要 价值创新战略导向、执行的过程以及顾客价值和企业价值之间的影响关系是过程管理的三个组成要素,通过对这三者关系深入的实证分析。研究发现:价值创新战略导向是企业创新顾客价值、提升绩效的必要非充分条件;执行中的过程管理能力并非简单的是在价值创新战略导向和顾客价值绩效之间起调节作用,其影响力相对价值创新战略导向所发挥的作用甚至可能更强;人力资源管理对顾客价值绩效产生作用,但不仅仅是通过内部顾客价值绩效变量作为中介变量发挥作用。研究认为,价值创新战略要想实现创新顾客价值提升企业绩效的目标,过程管理能力是重要因素。 The process management has three components: the value innovation strategy orienta- tion, the execution process and the affecting relationship between customer value and enterprise value. Through a deep ernpirical analysis of the relationship between the three, this paper finds that the val- ue innovation strategy orientation is a necessary but not sufficient condition for innovating customer value and improving enterprise performance. The process management ability is not simply playing a regulating role between value innovation strategy orientation and customer value performance, its influ- ence is perhaps stronger than that of value innovation strategy orientation. Human resource manage- ment has significant positive effects on customer value performance, but not playing its role through taking the internal customer value performance as the intermediary variable. This study points out that process management capability is an important factor in realizing the object of improving enterprise performance through innovating customer value in the value innovation strategy.
